opinions plze on which software for the Wii?

Am dieting and wanted to use the Wii to get some excercise. I have watched kids play on the Wii Sports and we got the Fit Board but I know you can get other software to use with it. I seen one that was a personal trainer and another that had the trainer off The Biggest Loser. Are they any good or just a waste of time?

Those games are best for someone that does nothing and wants to ease into exercise. They won’t replace the trip to the gym or taking a jog, but they will get you to work up a sweat. I’ve heard that the EA Active game was designed with Americans in mind, just like Wii Fit was designed by the Japanese. Different places in the world put certain emphasis on certain exercises.
