The preview dialing

This dialing process is carried out when the outbound process faces a complex call like the collection of the debt. At times the agents or the callers need to know about the complex case history of the customer then this dialing process is the only resort.
The Progressive Dialing
This calling system is just the other version of the predictive dialing where but the difference is in the caller need not have to face here the risk of abandoning the calls or getting a silent call from the customer. Here the caller makes the call after getting the detail on the customer and after understanding the profile of the customer it is going to call. In most of the outbound services the call progress as meted out through this process is monitored by the dialing technology.
The advantage of this method is there is no wastage of time as if there is no ringing on the customer’s side the call gets disconnected after a period of time. Moreover if there is no answer the call gets disconnected. Here the agents need not make the call manually but the software calling process makes it easy and the efficiency of making the call is heightened.
Most of the outbound calling campaigns are carried on by this technology of progressive dialing.
The Predictive Dialing Method
Predictive Dialing method is the one where the callers make the series of calls and this is an automatic process. Here the call connects to the live customers instantly once the previous calling ends. The rate of dialing as ensure by the predictive calling while doing the bespoke campaigns is controlled by the set algorithm which initiates the monitoring process and schedules the right time to call the next customer.
The problem that the caller or the customer might face while using this method is the call up might end up with no callers available to process it. There is a risk of getting abandon calls here. Most of the sales campaigns of the product and the services undertake the predictive dialing system.
There are some of the other techniques that are undertaken by the call center. The technique is chosen according to the targeted customer and according to the goal of the clients.
